·         The primary areas of responsibility include Budgeting, Forecasting and Analyzing operational expenses. 

·         Work with Accounting and others within Finance team to ensure monthly reporting is produced accurately and on time. 

·         Drive the Business Operating expense process, coordinating all related activities with cost center managers and senior management. 

·         Develop consolidated expense budgets, 4-quarter rolling forecasts, review monthly expenses, report and analyze cost center spending, identify spending issues and budget risks. 

·         Provide analytical support and financial advice to cost center managers and senior management. 

·         Special projects and ad-hoc financial analysis.

Educational & Competency Requirements

·         3-5 years experience on financial reporting and analysis;

·          strong computer skills; advanced Excel skills; must have strong analytical skills and the ability to multi-task.

·         University degree in Accounting, finance or applied economics.

·         Excellence on oral and written English.

Finance Manager

- Manage all local compliance requirements, ie. filing all local taxes and statutory reports, tax audit, VAT, foreign exchange

- Manage the relationship with compliance authorities including Tax Authority, State Administration of Foreign Exchange Control, Statistics Bureau, and the company’s local auditor, etc

- As a People Manager, provide daily coaching and drive for excellent performance, and provide regular performance feedback.

-     MBA or Finance Accounting degree with > 6 years relevant experience, CPA is preferred

-     Has tax and financial management skills in China, and familiar with other local laws and PRC GAAP

-     Knowledge of internal controls requirements

-     Good command of English and Mandarin, written or oral and good presentation skills

-     Good negotiation and consultation skills

-     Energetic and confidence, and willing to work on projects
