摘 要

模具在当代工业发展中扮演着很重要的角色,模具工业具有很强的推动力,推动着社会进步,推动着民族工业的发展。通过对该模具零件的设计,进一步培养了设计者综合运用多学科理论并加以创造,来解决实际生产中遇到比较麻烦问题的能力。

本课题研究支架的精密冲压模具的设计,通过对工件的分析比较确定采用级进模﹑弯曲模进行生产。级进模的采用好处就是可以提高工件的生产效率,节省人力、物力,能尽早实现机械加工的自动化。再加上级进模加工时操作方便,能保证施工人员的安全,比较适合大批量生产。但是采用级进模就要考虑条料的精确定位问题,还有级进模结构复杂,工件的加工时间比较长,工件的加工成本也较高等问题。因此,综合每一个原因,针对性的对级进﹑弯曲模开展探讨课题是特别有研究价值的。

本课题的内容包括级进模和弯曲模的排样设计、凸模设计、凹模设计、冲裁力计算、冲压机构的选择、压力中心的确定,冲压模具的刃口尺寸大小的确定和卸料装置、出件结构的设计等,并根据设计要求对各个工件进行了详细的计算。保证各个部件部件的配合合理。

Abstract

Mold plays in contemporary industrial development a very important role, mold industry has a strong push in the social advancement and development of national industry. The design of the mold parts through further training a designer integrated use of multi-disciplinary theories and to create, the ability to solve practical problems encountered in the production of too much trouble.

The research stent precision stamping die design, through analysis and comparison of the work piece is determined using progressive die, bent mold production. Progressive Die adoption benefit is that the work can increase productivity and save manpower, material resources, can be automated machining as soon as possible. Coupled with the higher feed-processing operation at a convenient time, to ensure the safety of construction workers, more suitable for mass production. However, we must consider the use of progressive die strip of pinpoint problems, as well as progressive die structure complex work piece machining time is longer, higher processing costs of the work piece and other issues. Therefore, every reason for a comprehensive, targeted to carry out progressive die, bent to explore research topics are particularly valuable.

The contents of this subject includes determining progressive die and bending die strip layout, punch design, die design, punching force calculation, select the punching mechanism to determine the pressure center of stamping die edge size and unloading feeding device, a piece of design, construction, and according to the design requirements for the detailed calculations for each work piece. Reasonable assurance with various components parts.
