对中小投资者利益保护问题研究
[摘要]自改革开放以来,我国的经济就像火箭一样的高速腾飞,证券市场也随之迅猛发展,越来越多的中小投资者投身于证券市场。现如今中小投资者已成为证券市场的中坚力量,但同时中小投资者也是利益受损最多的。中小投资者的利益严重关系到整个证券市场的发展,所以保护中小投资者利益刻不容缓。本文从对中小投资者利益保护的背景,意义分析的基础上出发,阐述了我国中小投资者利益保护受损的原因,提出了一些对中小投资者利益保护的建议。

Abstract
Since reform and opening up, China's economiclike a rocke has development in a high rapid t, the stock market has development in a high rapid, too. More and more medium-small investors are in the stock market. The medium-small investors now has become the backbone of the securities market, but at the same time, the medium-small investors has been suffered most. The interests of the medium-small investors has a serious relationship to the development of the securities market, so it is very urgent to protect the interests of the medium-small investors. Based on the background of protecting minority investors' benefit, based on the analysis of the significance, elaborateing the damaged reasons for protecting minority investors' benefit in our country, putting forward the Suggestions to protect the interests of medium-small investors.
