Article fifty-one

Non-compete Agreement

1. For the employees that have the obligation of keep the confidentiality, the company will sign a limitation

agreement on business strife with them. This agreement is the integral part of the labor contract and is equally valid;

2. After resignation or the termination of the labor contract, the employees cannot work in other

companies that are producing the same product or are engaged in the similar business with our company, nor can they produce the same products or be engaged in the same business themselves;

3. The duration of non-compete agreement is two years;

第五十四条 学习和培训

为促进公司持续发展、不断提升员工的知识、技能和行为以适应公司的发展需求而提出的相关要求,公司将为员工提供相应的学习和培训机会。

1. 根据工作需要,由部门协同综合管理部安排公司员工参加各类培训,提高其相关职业技能;

2. 公司每年将根据教育培训计划组织开展教育培训,2011年度安排为安全管理培训、消防管理培训、

职业健康卫生安全培训、质量技术培训等;

3. 员工参加由公司出资的专项培训,与公司签订培训协议并约定服务期限。该协议将作为劳动合同

的附件,具有相同的法律效力;

4. 员工不履行约定服务期的,按照协议约定向公司支付违约金。

Article fifty-four

Learning and training

To promote the sustainable development of the company, and enhance the knowledge、skills and behaviors of the employees, so that they can meet the company business development demand, the company will provide learning and training opportunities for the employees.

1. In light of the demand of work, the department, together with the comprehensive management Dept

should arrange all kinds of trainings for the employees to improve their occupational skills;

2. The company will organize and carry out educational training every year according to the educational

training planning, in 2011, there will be safety management training、fire management training、occupational health and safety training and quality and technical training etc;

3. Employees that have attended the professional trainings funded by the company should sign training

agreement with the company; in the training agreement the term of service will be stipulated. And this agreement will be regarded as part of the labor contract, so it has the same force and effect with the labor contract;as agreed.

4. If the employee breaches the agreement on the term of service, he should pay damages to the company

第五十五条 月度工资组成

月度工资由基本工资、绩效工资及其它津贴、补贴组成或计件工资组成:

绩效工资:通过对员工的工作业绩、工作态度、工作技能等多方面综合考核评估确定。

计件工资是以按照个人在当月实际生产合格产品的计件数量和单价合计计算出来

Composition of monthly salary

Monthly salary is made up of basic salary, performance salary and other allowances、subsidies or piece salary:

Basic salary: it is confirmed according to work post or experiences and capacity of employees

Performance salary: it is confirmed upon comprehensive assessment of the performance of employee, work attitude, working skill, etc piece.

Piece salary is calculated according to the qualified pieces actually produced by the person that month and unit

第五十六条 月度工资支付形式及时间

公司每月10日以银行代发形式向员工本人支付上一月(自然月)工资。如遇节假日,顺延发放。

Article fifty-six

Payment term and date of monthly salary

The company will pay the salary of last month (calendar month) to the employees on tenth of every month through the bank. In the event that the date falls on a festival holiday, wages shall be paid in the following working day.

第五十七条 工资代扣代缴和扣除

公司从员工工资中代扣代缴员工个人应承担的各项社会保险费、应缴纳的个人所得税以及法律法规规定的可以从员工工资中扣除或代扣的其它费用。
