The outline of self-introduction
Step 1: Greeting

step 2: Introduce your basic information: name, university, major…
e.g. My Chinese/English name is… I’ve graduated from…, and my major is… Step 3: state your purpose for coming. e.g. I have always been eager to serve (this company/organization) in a better way and I am confident that I’m qualified for the post of… I saw the position of financial analyst posted in the career center of Jones University. My studies and internship experience well qualify me for this position. Step 4: introduce your academic achievements e.g. during my college, I have solid academic performance about…and I am good at…I have obtained…certificate.
