Abstract:

In an era which full of goods with the features of fast-path,luxury,convenient and high-grade,the words--convenience,quality,high-grade,individualism and fashion etc. also followed by .since the need of the domestic customers is becoming more andmore various ;the occurrence of globalization and massification and limitations of e-commerce model;the occurrence of substantiation and individualism of media ,the convenience ,the quick-path socialization and other characteristics ; while the domestic goods cannot meet the various needs of citizens ,the detailed existing problems in quality,performance and apparance ,moreover,the foreign goods are pursued and required or even trust mindless .all these contributed to the occurrence of overseas purchasing ,its era is coming,the variety of mass media and different e-commerce models also speed up its development .this passage will describe broadly by analyzing the different goods with different model of overseas purchasing,the current condition ,the advantages and disadvantages of these models,the existing problems in the process ,the respective role of objects in the process such the interests of customer or boss and government ,the responsibility of these objects and so on ,the relates laws ,the extended new field ,besides ,in order to describe overseas purchasing more definitely, this passage also will utilize the popular cases to stress and systemically practical .analyze and study.

海外代购策略的发展探析

摘要:在快节奏和奢侈品,便利品,高档商品充斥的时代,“便利、质量、高档、个性、潮流等”词也随之而来,国内消费者需求的多样化,电子商务模式的全球化和大众化以及限制性,媒介的实质化以及个性化,便利化,社会的快节奏化等特点,然而由于国内商品存在商品个性化不足等特性导致无法满足消费者多样化的需求;质量性能外观存在瑕疵等商品的细节性问题等;与此同时国外商品也越来越受到国内消费者的吹捧甚至盲目崇拜和需求,海外代购模式正式开启了它的时代,电子商务提供的不同媒介等也促进了海外代购的兴起,本文针对不同商品的不同海外代购模式,在对海外代购的现状和运用多种研究方法分析模式中存在的优势和风险,流程涉及到的各个主体的角色定位和权益,责任,以及海外代购的相关法律问题后,提出适当的策略和缓解措施,借助如今典型的案例对海外代购的学术型描述进行系统性的实际论述分析和研究。
