摘 要

设计的主要任务是瑞金市污水处理厂的设计,设计近期规模为60000m3/d,远期为90000m3/d,根据瑞金市污水排放状况,结合该城市的实际情况和发展前景,拟采用三沟式氧化沟工艺对该城市生活污水进行综合处理。这种氧化沟的特点是二沉池与曝气池合建,其中两沟交替作曝气区和沉淀区。这种系统简化了流程,可以节省基建和运行费用,操作方便,氧化沟出水方便,溢流堰的启闭以及曝气转刷的开动与停止都可以实现自动化控制。本工艺采用交替式氧化沟,而三沟合建T型氧化沟更能体现交替工作的优点,提高了出水水质效果,较DE型氧化沟要好。

该工艺不仅可达到去除BOD5、CODcr、SS的目的,而且可以达到生物脱氮除磷的目的.其突出的性能特点是占地面积少,基建费用底,操作简单,运行稳定,易于维护管理,处理效果稳定可靠,出水水质好。

设计结果表明:污水处理厂处理后的出水达到《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB18918-2002)中的二级标准。

Abstract

The main task of the design is the design of the sewage treatment plant in Ruijin City, the design of the recent scale of 60000m3/d, forward 90000m3/ d, according to the situation of Ruijin City sewage discharge, combined with the actual situation and development prospects of the city, the proposed three-groove typeoxidation ditch process the municipal sewage treatment. The oxidation ditch is characterized by secondary sedimentation tank and aeration tank in building, for which the two alternating ditch aeration zone and settling zone. This system simplifies the process, you can save the infrastructure and operating costs, easy to operate, oxidation ditch effluent convenient, the overflow weir opening and closing as well as aeration rotating brush start and stop automation control can be achieved. The process uses alternating oxidation ditch, three channel jointly built T-oxidation ditch to better reflect the advantages of alternate work to improve the water quality effects, better than DE oxidation ditch.

The process can not only achieve the removal of BOD5, CODcr, SS purposes, and can achieve the purpose of BNR its outstanding performance characteristics are less area, infrastructure costs at the end, simple operation, stable operation, easy maintenance and management, treatment effect is stable and reliable, good water quality.

The design results show that: the sewage treatment plant effluent can meet 《the secondary standard in urban sewage treatment plant pollutant discharge standards 》(GB18918-2002).
