摘要

本设计从异戊橡胶的发展历程和目前现状入手,参照生产厂的实际情况,根据国家的政策、法规,确定了设计原则:遵守国家有关法律及法规,立足国内,吃透和消化国外引进的设备和工艺,力求生产技术先进,经济合理,实施可行,安全可靠,防止环境污染,保护生态平衡。

根据设计任务书确定了设计的范围为聚合,干燥工段的工艺设计(初步);进行了物料平衡计算,得到了物料平衡图;进行了热量衡算,为设备计算奠定基础;对装置组成、生产方法、生产制度进行了合理的确定,确定了合理的工艺参数和操作规程。

聚合工段至后处理工段的物料衡算、聚合过程的热量衡算、聚合工段各种设备的选型,物料流程图、带控制点工艺流程图、聚合釜装配图、平面布置图等计算。利用物料衡算和热量衡算的数据,进行了专题部分热水罐工艺设计计算。

根据确定的工艺流程和控制方案,绘制出带控制点的工艺流程图;编制了1.0×107千克/年异戊橡胶生产车间工艺设计说明书。经过最后核算,1.0×107千克/年异戊橡胶生产车间工艺设计符合设计要求,各项参数均已达标。

This design from isoprene rubber developpment course and the present situation, according to the actual condition of the factory production, according to the national policy, laws and regulations, determine the design principle: abide by the relevant state laws and regulations, based on domestic, assimilate and digestion of imported equipment and technology, and advanced production technology, economy reasonable, feasible, safe and reliable, to prevent environmental pollution, protectecological balance.

According to the design task book identifies the design range of polymerization, drying process design (Preliminary); choice of suspension polymerization preparation of PVC; material balance calculation, obtained the material balance diagram; the heat balance calculation for equipment, lay a foundation for composition, device; production method, production system the reasonable determination, determined the reasonable process parameters and operational procedures. Polymerization section to the post-processing section material balance, heat balance, polymerization polymerization process with a variety of equipment selection, process flow diagram, process flow map with the control point, polymerization kettle assembly drawing, layout and calculation.Using the material balance and heat balance data, undertook special subject is part of a hot water tank process design and calculation.

According to determine the process flow and control plan, draw take control of the process flow diagram; compiled by 10kT/a isoprene rubber production workshop design specification.After a final accounting, 10kT/a isoprene rubber production workshop design meets the design requirements, all parameters are standard.
