中小企业在财务管理中存在的问题及解决方案
内 容 摘 要
中小企业是指在中华人民共和国境内依法设立的有利于满足社会需要，增加就业，符合国家产业政策，生产经营规模属于中小型的各种所有制和各种形式的企业。近几年，我国中小企业得到了较快发展，虽得到政府在政策上的扶持，但因为力度不够，加上自身水平参差不齐，有相当一部分中小企业单纯追求销量和市场份额，忽视了财务管理的核心地位，管理思想僵化落后，使企业财务管理和内部控制控制的作用没有得到充分发挥。内部财务管理上的各种问题，成为了国家经济发展的一大难题。本文通过论述现阶段中小企业财务管理上存在的问题并加以分析，提出结合现状的对策和建议。

Abstract
The small and medium-sized enterprise refers to the people's Republic of China established in accordance with the law to help to meet the social needs, increase the employment, fit for the national industrial policy, scale of production and operation of various forms of ownership belong to small and medium-sized and various forms of enterprise. In recent years, the small and medium-sized enterprise in our country have been developing more quickly, although they have got the support in the policy from government , but because strength is insufficient, coupled with their own level is uneven, a considerable number of small and medium-sized enterprises pursue sales and market share, and ignore the core status of financial management, management idea is out-dated, to make company financial management and internal control is not given full play to the role of. Internal financial management problems on national economic development, has become a big problem. This paper discusses the problems existing in the small and medium-sized enterprise in the financial management in present stage and analysis to put forward to countermeasures and suggestions combining with the present situation.
