摘要

本选题通过以XX公司为例,主要全面了解员工关系在企业中的体现,在公司岗位工作中,通过平时工作观察,与同事交流,工作实践中发现,以及做出调查问卷,来得出有效的研究结果。本选题从员工关系的概念,企业员工关系存在的问题及解决方法,员工关系协调的技巧和企业员工关系协调的意义这四个方面去了解员工关系从而了解员工关系在企业中的作用并以通过在公司事例为依据,发现管理者在这些事例中在管理上所存在的问题,并通过这些问题管理者做出的解决方案,从而找到管理者协调员工关系上使用的手段。本选题通过实践性的研究,得出员工关系在企业中的重要性及发挥的重要作用。

Abstract

This topic takes XX Co. Ltd. as an example, a comprehensive understanding of employee

relations mainly manifests in the enterprise, the position in the company work, through the usual workobservation, and colleagues, found work in practice, and make

thequestionnaire, obtains the results of the study of effective. This topic from the employee relations, employee relationship existing problems and solving methods, employee

relations coordination skills and employee relationship coordination of the significance of these four aspects to understand employee relations to understand employee relations role in enterprises and with a company case as the basis, find that managers in these cases in the management of the existing problems, solutions and through these problem for managers to make, so as to find the use ofmanagement coordination staff relationship means. This topic through the practical study, obtains the important role and exert employee relations importance in the enterprise.
