Our administrative staffs have rich hotel operation experience. Resident manager Flora Wang since 1995 worked in Sheraton Shanghai Hongqiao Hotel, served as the housekeeping department training competent, 2005 Le Meridian She Shan shanghai competent department, responsible for Le Meridian She Shan shanghai guest, opening for specific carry out work. The customer manager Hans Hu has five-star hotel outsourcing operation experience. We work out outsourcing SOP based on international standards, make continuous improvement according to the defference between hotels.
