6、严格化：推行精细化没有严格的控制，就不能从根本上保证各项工作的按规定开展和按标准完成，也就不可能实现预期的目标。如果不严格都没用，关键在于激励和控制，激励是物质上居多，控制是思想上居多。
7、实证化：管理讲求实效，所有工作的完成情况和业绩，必须有实证，杜绝浮夸和做表面文章。实证化分为“实”和“证”，“实”是办实事，注重实效，“证”是文件及档案，对工作的记录，对证据的采集等等。
8、精益化：持续改进和精益求精是企业管理中永恒的话题，精细化管理最终追求“精”，在市场竞争中的优势也最终来源于“精”。本人理解是套用一句话：“精诚所至，金石为开”。
以上“八化”是企业在推行精细化管理中必不可少的方法，也是基本要求，没有以上方法作保证，推行精细化管理都无异于空谈。“八化”是环环相扣的，切忌从中抽出几条实行，到头来弄得不伦不类。
