A long time ago, a goat named Angus lived with his owners,Mr and Mrs Douglas. They loved Angus like their baby. But Angus liked to chew (嚼)clothes made of Wool (羊毛). Sometimes they were angry with him.

One morning, the Douglases had to go to the market. Before leaving, they put Mr Douglas’ favourite woolen jacket on the clothesline and said, “Angus, don’t chew the jacket.”

After the Douglases left, it began to rain hard. “Oh, 1 must get it down,” thought Angus. However, after he got it down, he couldn't help chewing it again!.

When the rain stopped, Angus found what he had done. “Oh, no,” he thought, “this time they’ll push me out of the house.” He decided to keep quiet about it. When the Douglases returned, Mr Douglas asked, “Did the wind blow away my coat?” Angus nodded. But Mrs Douglas found some wool on Angus’ chin (下巴).

I love collecting old paving bricks (铺路砖) very much. It is my favourite hobby. I started it last year when I needed to help our teacher to hold a fair display (展览)for our school.
